problem: start the programm

I cant start the programm after the installation.
After a System restart. Nothing changed.
Please help me.

newest drivers for sound and the other components are installed.
what do you also need an information?

Try to update to the latest version 1.9.0.6.
If this won't help try to describe what exactly happens on program start?
Is there PPro-error.log file in program folder? If yes - attach it in your reply.

PPro-error.log file isnt in the programm folder.

how can i update the programm to 1.9.0.6 ???

and if i start the programm, there is no error message.
My harddisk is loading for 2mins and then it happen nothing.

Select RADIO Player Pro - Download from the left site tree panel.

We told you to download and install new version.
You don't need any drivers to install.

If you work under user privileges - try to run the program with administrative rights.

sorry i write it wrong.
i mean i install the newest version of your software (1.9.0.6) and i have all admin rights on the Operating System that i use.
What ever, i start it with Administrative rights and its the same problem. The Programm isnt running.

Is it possible to run RADIO Player Pro under clean Windows XP Installation with the same hardware to avoid incompatibility with early installed software?

Mh on my other PC, This programm works fine.
But it has similar hardware. (same Soundcard). i try to install my O.S new
Other Question, where can i find the IP Adress to connect to the Webradio?

Program itself is not designed to send/receive streaming audio.
To make Web Radio you can use Winamp Shoutcast server with Radio Player Pro.
Using Shoutcast is described in help file.
Use F1 key - Find "Working with RADIO Player Pro" > "Frequently Asked Questions"

I have problem with radio player pro too. like this I can't start program. there is error messege what I get after trying to start program.
