What sound card and codecs do you use?

We've tested your fade settings with the latest Player version (1.9.4.1) under Win7 x64 and K-Lite Codec Pack and we can't detect any sound glitch problems.
Try to Install K-Lite Codec Pack (x86 version is needed due to Player is not 64 bit application).
Codecs can be downloaded from here.

Any version starting from Basic should suite your needs.
